The FR-T0400K temperature acquisition module delivers four precise input channels for critical industrial processes. The module accurately reads Cu50 and Cu100 sensors from -50°C to 150°C. It processes NI100 and NI1000 sensors across a range from -60°C to 180°C. This broad compatibility allows engineers to standardize on one module for diverse thermal monitoring tasks.

The FR-T0400K achieves a measurement accuracy of ±0.5% or ±1°C at 25°C ambient temperature. For thermocouple inputs, the module delivers an accuracy of ±0.3% or ±1°C of the displayed value. This ensures reliable temperature readings even in demanding industrial environments. NTC inputs receive even tighter precision at ±0.1% or ±1°C of the displayed value. The module uses advanced signal conditioning to minimize noise interference on long cable runs. This performance meets the strict requirements for process control and quality assurance applications.

Installation and Wiring Guidance

Mount the FR-T0400K securely on a standard DIN rail inside your control enclosure. Connect your thermocouple or RTD wires to the dedicated screw terminals on the module front. Ensure you use the correct thermocouple extension wire for your specific sensor type. Apply the sensor to your measurement point using proper thermal paste or direct contact. Power the module with a stable 5.0Vdc supply that can deliver up to 50mA. The compact 18mm width allows you to install multiple modules side by side without wasting panel space. Check all sensor wiring connections if the module reports erratic temperature values. Ensure the ambient temperature around the module stays within its specified operating range.
