Before beginning the upgrade, you must verify three critical parameters. First, the controller’s native protocol support includes Modbus TCP/IP and CANopen, allowing seamless integration with existing drives and sensors. Second, its operating temperature range of –20 °C to +60 °C ensures reliable performance in outdoor or unheated plant environments. Third, the power supply module must deliver a stable 24 V DC with ±5% tolerance; any drifting above this threshold can shorten the life of internal capacitors.
