The 1794-IF4I uses an internal Sigma-Delta analog-to-digital converter. This converter provides update rates of 2.5 ms, 5.0 ms, and 7.5 ms. You can select a resolution of 16 bits for unipolar signals. For bipolar signals, you get 15 bits plus a sign bit. This ensures fine granularity for your analog measurements.
