This design allows the safety platform to stream data directly to Allen-Bradley ControlLogix controllers and factory SCADA systems without third-party translation layers.

2.Pilot Testing Lab Isolation:Validation Phase。

Build a dedicated test bench using the replacement T8311 hardware. Import and adapt application code within the Trusted Configuration Suite. Run comprehensive offline simulations to verify safety trip equations, 4-20 mA loop scaling, and fault responses.

3.Physical Cabinet and Conversion Wiring:Installation Phase。

Mount the new Trusted chassis within the control enclosure, ensuring proper clearances for airflow. Deploy pre-fabricated field conversion cables to connect original marshalling strips directly to the new I/O interfaces, eliminating manual rewiring errors.

4.Hot/Phased Cutover Execution:Commissioning Phase。

Coordinate with operations to place the targeted process loop into a verified safe state. Transfer field connections to the commissioned T8311 processor rack. Power up the module, monitor the status LEDs, and maintain the decommissioned components nearby as a fallback during early operation.
