The 1746-IV16 module delivers reliable performance for discrete input applications. Each channel requires a nominal input current of 8 mA at 24VDC. The module draws only 85 milliamps from the backplane. This low power consumption makes it an efficient choice for your control system.

The module offers excellent signal integrity for industrial environments. It provides optical coupling and filter circuitry for noise reduction. The maximum off-state voltage is 5 Volts DC. The maximum off-state current is 1 mA. These specifications ensure clear distinction between ON and OFF states.
